Usage Information and Technical Data: Information on how you interact with our chatbot (e.g., funciones utilizadas, frecuencia de uso) y datos técnicos (e.g., tipo de dispositivo, dirección IP, identificadores de plataforma de Meta) son recopilados de forma automática para monitorear el rendimiento y la estabilidad de nuestro servicio, diagnosticar y resolver problemas técnicos, analizar tendencias de uso de forma agregada y anonimizada para mejorar la funcionalidad del chatbot, y para fines de seguridad y prevención de fraude.
